This course is for those who wish to deepen their understanding of how to connect with each other through massage, healing and holistic bodywork.

For those who have experience in massage treatments it offers a space to learn new techniques or refine their understanding of their own practice.

For those who are just beginning to work with the body or have less/no experience this course provides a warm welcome into the world of bodywork through the lens of Thai Yoga massage and Wuo Tai (osteo-dance).

2 weekly × 3hr lessons during May 22nd & 29th @ Annie’s Eden, Glasgow

This workshop is open to all levels teaching bodywork techniques to reset and release. It will delve into the use of songwogrk in healing practices and the ways that this can be used for energetic release.

The body is a complex system that works on physical and energetic planes. It is made up from layers of tissue, from bone to muscle to fascia.

Fascia is an incredibly intelligent tissue that runs throughout the entirety of our body.

Using simple techniques we can learn to assist the release of fascial tension from ourselves and the bodies of others.

On another level our body exists on a vibrational level. By using our voice to sing melodies or hum, we are able to connect to these vibrations and assist in shifting stuck energy, and in some cases tapping into memories and lost emotions.

When we combine these techniques the levels of healing we can achieve are deep, restorative and powerful. If this resonates with you, come and fall back into your body, in a session of movement, music and massage.
