Maintaining a deep connection with the body is one of the most essential foundations for wellbeing. Bodywork offers a quiet return to yourself—inviting relaxation, restoration, and a sense of ease back into the nervous system.
My work is slow, attentive, and deeply grounding, designed to bring the body and mind back into harmonious alignment. Through a considered blend of Wuo Tai, Dynamic Thai yoga massage, Lomi Lomi Fusion, and pressure point techniques, I work with the fascial system and the body’s natural rhythms to encourage softening, release, and renewal.
Sessions can last up to 120 minutes and take place either in the studio or as a private home visit. Each session offers a calm, supportive space where you are invited to fully rest, unwind, and settle back into your body.
